At NeonWala, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our LED neon lights. We understand, however, that there may be instances where returns or refunds are requested.
Please review our policy below to ensure you understand our practices and your rights as a customer.
Custom Items
- No Returns or Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of custom LED neon signs, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. We encourage you to review your design carefully and ask any questions before finalizing your order.
Non-Custom Items
Return Eligibility: If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom LED neon sign, you may return it within 2 days of delivery, provided that:- The item and its packaging are in their original, unused condition.
- The item has not been installed or altered in any way.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- Immediate Action Required: If your LED neon sign arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos/videos and a detailed description of the issue.
- Refund or Replacement: After assessing the damage, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Complaint Window: Please note that complaints received after 48 hours of delivery may not be entertained.
